Decor signed Pierre Yves Rochon, playing host to an original gastronomic concept orchestrated by chef Joel Garault :

” A fish, a vegetable, a judicious cooking”. Testifying to its high level of excellence, the Vistamar boasts a Michelin star. From the gorgeous terrace (open in summer), you can admire breathtaking views on the harbour and the famous Rock.

  • From Monday to Friday  : Business menu at 39€ (2 meals, water, wine, coffee) and reduced “à la carte”
    Except in the period from December 26th to January 1st 2012 inclusive.
  • Saturday : Usual menu and seasonal menu at 60 €, drinks extra,
    or 90 € with wines to complement dishes.

Dîner

  • From Monday to Saturday: Usual menu and seasonal menu at 60 €, drinks extra

Opening

  • Lunch from noon to 2pm
  • Diner from 7:00 pm to 10pm
  • The Vistamar will be closed on Sundays from November 6th, 2011.

Anual closing

  • Closed in July and August for lunch
