Amidst a decor designed by Pierre Yves Rochon, Le Vistamar plays host to an original  concept orchestrated by Chef Joël Garault.

“Take a fish, a vegetable and cook it to perfection” lies behind the high level of excellence which has earned Le Vistamar a Michelin star. From the beautiful terrace (open in summer), you can admire breathtaking views of Monaco’s harbour and the famous Rock.

  • Monday to Friday: Business menu at €39 (2 courses, water, wine, coffee) 
    Except from 26 December to 1st January 2012 inclusive, and from 24 to 27 May 2012.
  • Saturday: usual menu and Gourmet menu “Autour de la saison” at €60, drinks extra, or €90 with wines to complement the dishes.

  • Lunch from 12 noon to 2pm
  • Dinner from 7.30 to 10pm
  • Le Vistamar will be closed on Sundays from October to beginning of May.
     

Annual closing

  • Closed for lunch from 15 July to 26 August 2012

  • Elegant attire recommended, jacket obligatory.
