The famous Chef Joël Garault, plays a marin score, absolutely exceptional.
The menu is inspired by the morning fishing and summer vegetables and fruits. It promises uncommon and surprising discovery, which can be enjoyed in a contemporary decor overlooking Monaco' port.
For dinner, the Summer Menu which include the famous "bouillabaisse" fish soup of our monegasque fisherman Gerard Rinaldi and the gastronomic menu for 105 €.
