Summer time at the Vistamar

The famous Chef Joël Garault, plays a marin score, absolutely exceptional.

The menu is inspired by the morning fishing and summer vegetables and fruits. It promises an every day uncommon and surprising discovery, which can be enjoyed in a contemporary decor overlooking Monaco' port.

For lunch, from tuesday to saturday, menu at 40 € (main course, dessert, mineral water, a glass of wine and coffe, candies).

For dinner, the Summer Menu (on request the famous "bouillabaisse" fish soup of our monegasque fisherman Gerard Rinaldi) and the gastronomic menu for 105 €.
